Draft FY2024 Continuum of Care (CoC) Renewal Project Evaluation Criteria
Comments are sought on the draft FY2024 CoC Renewal Project Evaluation and Scoring criteria. These draft criteria may be accessed here. The recommended scoring and evaluation criteria for the upcoming FY2024 CoC Competition evaluate renewal project performance over the course of 2023. These criteria have been approved by the Values and Funding Priorities Committee.

Detroit CoC Funding Appeals Policy
Comments are sought on proposed changes to the Detroit CoC Funding Appeals Policy. These recommended changed have been reviewed and approved by the Values and Funding Priorities Committee.
The Detroit CoC Funding Appeals Policy may be accessed here. Recommended changes are noted in red font, with additional notes in the document providing rationale to the proposed change.

All comments are due by 11:59 pm on April 17, 2024. Comments recevied will be reviewed and responded to by the Values and Funding Prioriteis Committee. The final FY2024 CoC Renewal Project Evaluation Criteria and Detroit CoC Appeals Policy will be presented to the CoC Board for approval at the May 6, 2024 Board Meeting.
